Bryan Tomlinson is an associate in the Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practice and Business Litigation Groups in the Philadelphia office of Lavin O’Neil Ricci Cedrone & DiSipio. He concentrates his practice on the automotive, heavy industrial equipment, and consumer products industries, and has experience in the area of mass torts.
Mr. Tomlinson’s experience includes assisting with the factual development of cases, performing legal analysis, handling motion practice, and working extensively with expert witnesses to develop technical theories of defense. Recently, he successfully opposed a motion for remand before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in a wrongful death matter involving an infant decedent.
Mr. Tomlinson graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts, with high honors, in 2003, and received a Master of Arts in political science through the university’s President’s Scholars Program in 2004. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2007 from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List and the editorial board of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. While a law student, he served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Garrett E. Brown, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and held externship positions with both the United States Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia, PA, and the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender in Camden, N.J.
Mr. Tomlinson is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
